                        Seth Finkelstein is a professional programmer with degrees in Mathematics and in Physics from MIT. 
                        He co-founded the Censorware Project, an anti-censorware advocacy group. 
                        In 1998, his efforts evaluating the sites blocked by the library's Internet policy in Loudoun County, VA helped the 
                        American Civil Liberties Union win a federal lawsuit challenging the policy. 
                        In 2001 he received a Pioneer Of The Electronic Frontier Award from the Electronic Frontier Foundation 
                        for his groundbreaking work in analyzing content blocking software.
